Bro. Charles Pugh
Charles Pugh assumed the pastorate of First Baptist Church of Cottondale, Texas in November of 1997. After graduating from Tennessee Temple in 1977, he served as Youth Pastor in Arkansas City, Kansas for eight years and pastored four years in Bryson, Texas. Under the leadership of Pastor Pugh, First Baptist Church of Cottondale has doubled their average attendance, hired additional staff, built a family life center, and started various children’s and youth programs. Pastor and his wife Tina have four children and nineteen grandchildren.
